No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 10 days before confirmed arrival date on low and middle season and 21 days during high season. Any cancellation made within 10 days during low and middle season or 21 days during high season, before arrival date, results the 70% of the stay. The guest will be charged a prepayment of the 70% after the 10 days/ 21 days period. In case of no-show or departure prior to scheduled date, results in 100% charge of the stay. Non refundable: The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price at any time and no refund will be given in case of cancellation.
